At Niche Food Group, our team drives, inspires, and creates everything that we are proud of. Their passion, expertise, dedication, warmth, and care define our restaurants, and we would not be who we are without them. We are wholly committed to their health, stability, and well-being, especially during this trying time.

As a response to the unforeseen hardship they are all currently facing due to the global health crisis, we formed the Niche Employee Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) fund to support current and former Niche Food Group employees who are facing unexpected and exceptional financial needs.

The Niche Employee Foundation relief fund offers grants to help cover essential needs. The fund is governed by a Board of Directors, which ensures the program meets its objectives, embodies the values of Niche Food Group, and grants all contributions appropriately. All grants are reviewed by the Board of Directors, which is made up of impartial representatives. They review funding requests and award support based upon established criteria.
