As of January 8th, 2023: The Niche Employee Foundation is temporarily suspending acceptance of new applications as we review the health of the fund and assess revitalization efforts for 2023 and beyond. Please contact relief@nichestlouis.com with any questions or concerns in the interim.

The Niche Employee Foundation relief fund offers grants to help cover essential needs. The fund is governed by a Board of Directors, which ensures the program meets its objectives, embodies the values of Niche Food Group, and grants all contributions appropriately. All grants are reviewed by the Board of Directors, which is made up of impartial representatives. They review funding requests and award support based upon established criteria. 

Current and furloughed Niche Food Group employees in good standing can apply for a grant using the form below. Due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, former employees in good standing that were separated from Niche Food Group after March 16th, 2020 are also eligible for grants. Newly hired employees in good standing are welcome to first apply 3 months after their start date.

Please note: the application will require that each individual demonstrate their specific needs by providing details and documents (such as bills, receipts, statements) to support the amount they are requesting assistance with.
